Product Introduction

The cyclone desander is made based on the screening principle of solid particles in the fluid rotating in the desander. It integrates cyclone and filtration, and achieves significant effects in sand removal, turbidity reduction, solid-liquid separation, etc. in the field of water treatment. Widely used in industrial sectors such as water source heat pumps, water treatment, food, and medicine. Sand removal from river and well water, coal washing water, industrial beneficiation, liquid degassing, and separation of immiscible liquids.

Application scenarios

1Cyclone sand settling deviceGenerally used for separating larger inorganic particles (generally larger than 0.5mm in diameter) in the sewage before and after the grid of the primary sedimentation tank in urban domestic sewage treatment plants. Most of them use air to lift sand, and if a sand pump is used to lift sand, the wear requirements are generally higher. The steel tank body is suitable for small and medium-sized flow applications.

2. When applied to a single cyclone sand settling tank and using air stripping sand, its combined structure function is similar to that of a Dole sand settling tank, but in the treatment situation, this combined structure occupies a small area and has high efficiency.


working principle:

The raw water enters from the tangential direction and initially forms a vortex. A certain flow velocity and flow state are formed by the impeller, causing the sand adhering to organic matter to gradually wash each other and sink to the center of the sand hopper by gravity and vortex resistance. The stripped organic matter overflows upward with the axial water flow. The sand accumulated in the sand hopper is lifted by air or sand pump and enters the sand water separator for thorough separation. The separated sand is discharged to the garbage bin (drum) for transportation, and the sewage flows back to the grid well.
